At Benefit Consulting Services, we specialize in health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, providing benefits administration and consultation to employer groups from 2 to 8,000 employees. Our experienced brokers and staff work closely with clients to deliver personalized solutions tailored to their unique needs. We service the Shreveport/Bossier City area and are licensed in Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas.
Our Team
Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. Amanda Hale, our Office Manager, brings over 10 years of insurance experience and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to each of our clients. Jason Boose, our newest member, brings 6 years of experience in the insurance industry and is passionate about building relationships with our clients. Scott Martin, our founding partner, has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry and is committed to finding the perfect solution for each client. Hedy Hebert, our partner/consultant, holds multiple professional designations, including a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), and Chartered Health Care Consultant (ChHC). Scott Alexander, our partner, is a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Our History
Benefit Consulting Services was founded in 1999 by Scott Martin, Scott Alexander, and Hedy Hebert. Over the years, our team has worked tirelessly to build strong relationships with our clients andStay current with all legislative changes to the Affordable Care Act and represents all major Employee Benefits insurance carriers for both fully insured and partially self-funded contracts.
