At Texas Automobile Insurance Plan Association (TAIPA), we are dedicated to providing insurance solutions to eligible applicants in Texas. As a non-profit organization, our primary goal is to make automobile bodily injury and property damage liability insurance available to those who need it.

Our History

Established by statute, TAIPA is subject to regulatory supervision of the Texas Department of Insurance. Our purpose is to make automobile bodily injury and property damage liability insurance required by the Texas Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act available to eligible applicants.
