Our Story
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, I come from a long line of insurance professionals, with my father, Jim Cashman, being a State Farm agent in Santa Barbara for 37 years. I began my agency career with State Farm Insurance over 40 years ago, working alongside my father while attending Bishop Garcia Diego High School. After high school, I financed my way through college at San Diego State University, working for a State Farm Insurance Agent. I received my BS in Business and Insurance. Upon graduation, I became a State Farm Insurance Agent in Santa Barbara. I am celebrating my 41st anniversary as a State Farm Agent this year.
Community Involvement
As an agent, I am committed to giving back to the community that has given me so much. I have been actively involved in several community organizations, including the Santa Barbara County Fire Safe Council, Santa Barbara Fire Alliance, Santa Barbara Police Foundation, The Riviera Association, and Santa Barbara Association of Realtors. I have received numerous awards and recognitions for my community service and involvement.
