Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Insurance
WB Adams Co. has received numerous negative reviews from customers who have had poor experiences with the company. Two customers, Ivan S. and Ciaran O., gave the company 1-star ratings. Ivan S. shared a frustrating experience where he was quoted a price for car insurance, but when he received the bill, it was nearly triple the initial quote. The agent failed to disclose that they assumed Ivan was a homeowner, which caused his business insurance policy to be terminated. Ciaran O. had a similar issue where he requested a price comparison for his held policies, but the company failed to follow through, resulting in his policies being canceled.
On the other hand, two customers, Marie B. and Shana H., had positive experiences with WB Adams Co.
