Carmouche Insurance, Inc. was founded in 1975 by James A. Carmouche in Napoleonville, Louisiana with the goal of offering an Independent Insurance Agency to the Assumption Parish Area. Since then, Carmouche Insurance has grown into a widespread family business with locations in Baton Rouge, Gonzales, Houma, Mandeville, and Napoleonville.

Negative Experience with Claims Processing
Sarah Robertson Coleman had a terrible experience with Carmouche Insurance after filing a claim due to Hurricane Ida. Despite making a claim on August 31st, nothing has been done except for a contractor coming to assess the damages. She had to make numerous calls, which led to frustration and feeling like the company was trying to wear her down.
