Our History

Established in 2013, Resource Insurance Services, Inc. has grown into a leading provider of insurance solutions for Financial Institutions. Mortgage Protection

Our Mortgage Protection Insurance Program protects lenders' mortgage portfolio risks by offering them the ability to track multiple types of insurance on mortgage property and force-place coverage when a mortgagor fails to insure the property. Our program is tailored to cover risks specific to each lender's unique needs and is designed to be comprehensive, cost-effective, and compliant with federal regulations.

Collateral Protection

Our Collateral Protection Insurance offers Financial Institutions the ability to track uninsured vehicles and force-place physical damage insurance for collateral loans - primarily for automobiles and other rolling collateral - that become uninsured. This program assures that collateral is always protected and offers dual-interest coverage that forces-places comprehensive and collision coverage.

REO Protection

Our REO Property and Liability Insurance provides lenders with coverage for owned properties and foreclosed properties. We offer all-risk, full replacement cost coverage for residential and commercial properties, even theft from commercial buildings and vacant houses. No individual application or underwriting process means one thing to lenders - instant coverage, which means less risk.

Fee Income Generating Products

We offer a wide variety of products that will provide valuable fee income for Financial Institutions.
