Our story began in Denver, Colorado in October 1908, when the original charter for The Zapadna Slovanska Zveza (Western Slavonic Association) was signed by Secretary of State Timothy O'Connor. The slogan "Solid as the Rockies" has reflected our philosophy since its inception. Over the years, we have evolved to serve a diverse membership base from every state in the union, representing many races and creeds.
