Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced and knowledgeable professionals who are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible service.

• Michael A. Baratta, President - Michael is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, majoring in Finance and Accounting. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Michael has built and sold multiple successful businesses, and has held leadership positions at several insurance companies.
• Ashleigh White, Director of Life Sales - Ashleigh is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, where she obtained two Bachelor degrees; one in Journalism and the other in Political Science. Ashleigh has been with Fortress Brokerage Solutions since 2015, building relationships with agents and agencies, designing insurance cases, and continuing to build her knowledge of advanced insurance concepts.
• Lindsay McCain, Operations Manager - Lindsay grew up in Marietta, GA, and graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. She started working for White Horse Advisors, a parent company of Fortress in 2006, and once she graduated from KSU, she became an employee of Fortress Brokerage Solutions.
• Monica Danciu, New Business Associate - Monica grew up in Romania and finished her Foreign Languages degree in her home country. She can speak Romanian, English, French, Italian, and Hungarian, and has been living in the US since 1998. Monica has a 20yr banking and mortgage industry background and joined the FBS family in Feb of 2022.
