Expanded Executive Leadership Team

In 2019, Insurance Care Direct expanded its executive leadership team with two key hires. Christa Rapoport joined as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, while John D. Doak, former Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner, was promoted to Chief Operations Officer.
