History of Powdersville Insurance Agency

The Powdersville Insurance Agency was established in Powdersville, South Carolina in 1979 by Sam Stephens. Mr. Stephens owned the agency for 30 years. As the area and agency grew, more insurance companies contracted with the Powdersville Insurance Agency, allowing it to become a full service agency representing the best companies for all insurance and financial needs. In 2008, Stan Knight became the owner and manager of the agency. Our staff resides in the Powdersville/Upstate community, enabling us to better serve and understand the needs of our clients who live in the area.
