Our mission is to help retail insurance brokers place their farm risks by carefully matching them with the right carrier to provide a broad range of farm and farm-related coverage for the homes, property, auto, business, and operational assets of our clients.

Our background and expertise set us apart from the competition. Our team is led by Clark N. Lindley, a seasoned insurance professional with over 50 years of experience in the P&C marketplace. Clark started AIMS in 1999, recognizing the need for quality farm insurance. Since then, the company and underwriting process have been brought in-house, and our agricultural network has grown significantly.

Tammy Hooker, our Underwriting Manager, brings over 30 years of insurance experience to the table. With a farming background, she offers a unique perspective and expertise in handling agri-business submissions. Our Marketing Manager, Janet L. Pouliotte, has been a licensed broker since 1990 and manages the marketing of the farm programs and handles agent commissions. Pamela Estevanovich, our Administrative Assistant, joined the AIMS team in 2007 and has been a licensed broker since 2008. She works closely with our underwriting manager to acquire proper paperwork from our agents for submittals and renewals.
