• Builder's Risk: Builder's Risk insurance covers owners and builders from damages to a structure while it is under construction. ISG's Builder's Risk policy offers enhancements above and beyond a typical policy, including coverage for wind for wind-prone areas, earthquake and sinkhole, flood and water damage, model home contents, jobsite trailers, permission to occupy, and soft costs. We offer several options for Builder's Risk insurance, including Standard Blanket, Modified Blanket, New Starts, and Single-Shot policies.

• General Liability: Our General Liability policies are specifically designed to protect builders from claims arising from property damage or bodily injury caused by their work. We offer custom or tract single-family builders, multi-family builders, condominium, mixed-use apartments up to 8-stories and $35M in construction costs per building. Our policies cover work performed by subcontractors and include annual renewal practice policies.
