The Crawford Agency, Inc. is a locally owned and operated independent insurance agency, dedicated to providing comprehensive insurance services to the residents of Ashtabula County and the entire northeast Ohio area. For over 76 years, we have been committed to delivering exceptional service, ensuring that our clients receive the protection they need for their homes, automobiles, businesses, and lives.

Our team of highly trained and experienced professionals is led by President/Agent Jim Crawford, who took over the reins from his father and brother after they retired. With over 50 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jim is now semi-retired, allowing him to spend more time with his wife, Barb, and their family. Mike Goddard, Jim's step-son, serves as Vice President/Agent and has been with the agency for over 30 years. Mike is dedicated to his work and enjoys spending time with his three children, John, Mick, and Clare, and golfing when he gets the chance.

Patricia Traylor, our Commercial Lines Manager/Agent, has over 40 years of insurance experience and has been with the agency for over 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, visiting antique malls, and cruising on their Harley. She is also a Notary Public.

Kimberly Domino, our Personal Lines Manager/Agent, has been with the agency for over 30 years and is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and pomeranian, Meeko.

James Santiago, our Personal/Commercial/Life Agent, has been with the agency for over five years. He and his wife were foster parents for over 20 years, he was in the car sales business for 29 years, and he is involved with numerous community groups. He is also a Notary Public.

Emily Nicholson, our Accounting/Commercial Lines Agent, has been with the agency for five years. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, and is always eager to assist our clients with their insurance needs.
