Our Team

Our internal staff of over 1800 employees across seven states make everything we do possible. With a focus on stability and efficiency, we strive to provide exceptional service to our advisors, carrier partners, and clients. Our team is divided into various departments, including Senior Leadership, Business Operations and Finance, Contracts, Revenue, and Data, Financial Services Sales, Financial Services Operations, Case Management, Financial Sales Specialist, Underwriting Group, Benefit Operations, Group Benefits, and Human Resources and Training.
