Best Insurance Consultants, LTD, formerly known as Best Realty, was founded in 1952 by Steve and Beatrice Huska. What started as a small real estate agency in Chicago soon evolved into a full-service insurance agency, driven by the Huska's commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Poor Customer Service and Unhelpful Agent
Best Insurance Consultants and agent Bob Huska have received overwhelmingly negative reviews. Multiple customers have reported poor customer service, with long wait times, unanswered calls, and unreturned emails. Cassandra Lewis and Mark Lewis both expressed frustration with the lack of care and concern shown by Bob Huska after their accidents. Cassandra's husband was involved in a wreck, and Bob Huska was unreachable, leaving her to deal with the aftermath. Mark's family had their truck totaled, and Bob Huska did not offer to help or provide necessary information.
Inadequate Coverage and Suppressed Knowledge
The reviews highlight issues with inadequate coverage and suppressed knowledge of insurance options. Cassandra and her husband were trapped into a small car rental for their 2500 RAM truck, which was not suitable for their needs. Bob Huska did not provide them with the necessary information about the coverage options, and they ended up losing over $10,000. Mark's family also experienced a similar situation where they were not offered an option to add a higher payout to their auto policy. Disconnect between Company and Agent
