Poor Customer Service and High Prices

The reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with one reviewer expressing extreme disappointment and frustration with the company's customer service and high prices. Eulalie M. Fee, a loyal customer of 20 years, gives the company a 1-star rating and describes their experience as "the absolute WORST customer service ever". She had been paying almost $13,000 a year for her homeowners and liability insurance premiums, but was unable to get any assistance from the company when she needed help with a refund or pricing a less expensive plan. After comparing premiums with Allstate, she found a better option for $6,000 a year less.
