Misleading and Unprofessional Insurance Company
Both reviewers experienced severe disappointment and frustration with this insurance company. Poor Customer Service appears to be a recurring issue, with the company's leadership exhibiting a lack of integrity and professionalism. Steve Slate's review reveals a particularly disturbing encounter with Josh, the head manager, who was defensive, dismissive, and even lied to him multiple times. Josh's behavior was so unacceptable that Steve didn't dare speak for more than 5 seconds without interruption.
The company's unwillingness to provide necessary information and records is also a significant issue. Josh claimed that the company only keeps records for 5 years, and when Steve asked for records, he was met with excuses and eventually hung up on. This lack of transparency and commitment to customer service is unacceptable.
The reviews also mention Rudeness and Dismissiveness as a hallmark of this company's approach. Steve's review highlights Josh's aggressive behavior, including accusing him of things that weren't true. NoName None's review also mentions being told that they "weren't a fit" and should look for another insurance company, which came across as dismissive and condescending.
Unreliable and Incompetent Leadership
Both reviews suggest that the company's leadership is incompetent and unreliable. Steve Slate's review goes as far as to question how the company can still be in business, given its poor reputation and treatment of customers. NoName None's review is particularly telling, as they mention finding another insurance company that was a better fit for their needs.
