Our SAMBA Health Plan (FEHB) offers two health plan options, providing active and retired federal employees and their families with a range of benefits, including prescription benefits, telehealth benefits, and access to a network of healthcare professionals. Our Dental & Vision Plan provides additional coverage for dental and vision care, while our Term Life Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance plans offer financial protection in the event of unexpected events. Our Long Term Disability Insurance plan provides income replacement benefits in the event of an illness or injury, ensuring that our members can maintain their standard of living.

Technical Issues and User Experience
Samba Insurance's technical infrastructure appears to be flawed, with multiple reviewers citing issues with the website and claim submission process. The website is outdated, and the submission form is not user-friendly, leading to frustration and difficulty in completing the process. Furthermore, checks are sent through the mail, which can take a long time to arrive, and there is no option for direct deposit.
