Overall Experience with the Roe Agency
Negative Experiences
Two reviewers, George and Howard Frankel, had extremely negative experiences with the Roe Agency. George cancelled his auto insurance due to multiple instances of forgotten requests to put his car on seasonal insurance, resulting in unwanted charges. He was then sent to a credit collection agency for a small balance that was not properly communicated to him.
