Disappointing Experience
Taylor was referred to Angel through their loan officer, and despite the trust placed in the loan officer, the insurance was cancelled due to lack of payment. Angel experienced unprofessionalism and lack of communication from Taylor, including no billing statements and an unreasonable reinstatement fee. This review serves as a warning to future customers to find a different agent.
