Red Flags and Warnings

Cathy Soren had a terrible experience with the company, citing their mistake in not covering her family despite confirmation and payment. Clint Sly also shares a negative experience, stating that the company failed to provide adequate coverage and customer service. He was sold an expensive policy without being able to switch to a similar one when his wife turned 65.
