Born and raised in Montgomery County, I have a deep understanding of the needs of my clients. My family came to the United States from Canada when I was a child, and I have spent most of my life here. I am proud to call Montgomery County my home.
Growing up, I learned the importance of customer service and hard work from my father's restaurant business in Washington D.C. This exposure instilled in me a strong desire to help others and provide exceptional service to my clients. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Columbia Union College (now Washington Adventist University) and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland.
Before joining State Farm in 1997, I had a successful career in technology with IBM and CPT corporations. My experience in claims, corporate training, human resources, and agency management has given me a unique understanding of the insurance industry. In addition to my industry designations, I have also earned several designations to further enhance my skills.
As a dedicated insurance professional, I have a passion for serving my clients and their families. I pride myself on being approachable and accessible, making it a point to meet my clients in person, over the phone, via text, or email.
