Founded in 1992 by Paul W. Sweeney, Quality First Insurance Agency Inc. has been dedicated to providing quality products for quality people. Our president, Paul, has been a licensed insurance agent since 1980 and has a wealth of experience working with retirees and those planning on retiring. He founded the agency with the goal of filling a need in Washington County, Maryland, and its surrounding areas for a specialized insurance agency that truly understood the needs of seniors.
