At Abbey Insurance & Tax Services, we are a full-service insurance agency specializing in the beauty industry. Our agency is owned and operated by Kelvin M. Brett, who started the business in 1983. Today, we are proud to be the benefits administrator recommended by several prominent associations, including the Association of Cosmetology Salon Professionals, American Academy of Micropigmentation, International Pedicure Association, Louisiana Electrology Association, and the Indiana Association of Realtors.

Kelvin Brett, our founder and owner, is licensed for Health, Life, Property, and Casualty lines of Insurance. He has completed continuing education courses on Estate Planning and Business Continuation planning, and is a Personal Tax Practitioner and Carroll County Tennessee Notary Public. We are licensed in every State and DC, except for Hawaii.
