David Gross
Co-Owner and Licensed Consultant & Agent
David has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has served as president and chairman of various local and state associations. David holds several designations, including Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC). In his free time, David enjoys remodeling houses and vacationing.
Patti Rolf
Co-Owner and Licensed Agent
Patti started her insurance career in 1984 as a co-op with Gross Insurance Agency. She earned her degree in computer programming and became a licensed Property and Casualty agent in 1988. Patti enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, playing with her grandchildren, and boating. She also serves on the St. Thomas Church Parish Council.
Paula Arthur
Licensed Agent
Paula began her insurance career as a file clerk and then served as a receptionist. She joined Gross Insurance in 1999 and became a licensed life and health agent shortly after. Paula also became a licensed property and casualty agent in 2022. In her free time, Paula enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog and cat.
Rachel Wilder
Licensed Agent
Rachel graduated from NKU with a Public Relations degree in August 2018. She and her husband, Jason, welcomed their son in November 2017 and their daughter in November 2020. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and vacationing.
Mary Hammons
Licensed Agent
Mary began her insurance career as a CSR during her sophomore year in high school. She obtained her insurance license and moved from a personal lines agent to an agent in our commercial lines department. In her free time, Mary enjoys crafting, baking, flower arranging, and bowling.
