Rusty Bronson, our owner and founder, has a unique background that has shaped his passion for the insurance industry. With a career spanning over three decades, Rusty began his journey as a law enforcement officer at the age of 22. After 14 years of service, he transitioned into a corporate safety director position, where he worked for several years. During this time, he also volunteered as a firefighter and EMT, where he gained valuable experience in emergency response and caregiving. This diverse background has instilled in him a deep understanding of the importance of protection and security.
As Rusty ventured into the insurance industry, he realized that many agencies were more focused on sales than providing genuine support to their clients. He wanted to change this narrative by creating an agency that prioritizes relationships and personalized service. In 2002, Bronson Insurance Services was born, and Rusty dedicated himself to building a team that shares his vision of providing exceptional customer care.
