Disappointing Experiences at the Lamar Hodge Agency
The reviews highlight several instances of poor service, communication, and financial issues at the Lamar Hodge Agency. cancelled policy and refused to refunds. One reviewer, Steve Fike, experienced a significant increase in insurance rates after cancelling their renters policy and adding a stepson to the policy. Despite requesting removal of the stepson, they were told it was a "process" and ultimately cancelled the policy, but still received a bill for $821. The agency took over a month to refund the excess amount.
Poor Communication and Service

De'Shounda Raymond had a terrible experience, with the agency blaming corporate for problems and failing to resolve issues.
