Medicare Options

We understand that choosing the right Medicare plan can be a daunting task. That's why we're here to help you navigate the many options available to you. Whether you're looking for a Medicare Supplement Insurance policy or a Medicare Advantage Plan, we're here to walk you through the process and help you find the plan that best fits your needs.

Medicare Supplement Insurance

Medicare Supplement Insurance, also known as Medigap policies, are designed to help you pay the Medicare coinsurance and copays associated with your coverage. These plans are offered by private insurance companies and work in conjunction with Medicare to help ensure that you receive the care you need.

Medicare Advantage Plans

Medicare Advantage Plans, also known as Part C, are plans offered by private insurance companies. These plans provide additional benefits, such as dental, vision, and hearing coverage, and may offer Part D prescription drug coverage.

Part A and Part B

Part A of Medicare is Hospital Insurance, which covers inpatient hospital stays, skilled nursing care, and home health care. Part B is Medical Insurance, which covers outpatient services, such as doctor visits and lab tests.

Enrollment

There are many opportunities to enroll in Medicare. If you're turning 65, you have three months before, the month of, and three months after your birthday. If you're working past 65, you can delay enrollment until you retire, as long as your place of employment has coverage equivalent to Medicare and 20+ employees.
