In 1988, the Daley Family embarked on their own journey as small-business owners, rooted in traditional values of hard work, dedication, and quality service. Their family-operated business became a pillar of the community in Northeast Philadelphia and in August of 2019 moved to Andalusia/Bensalem Bucks County at 1029 Bristol Pk Bensalem PA 19020. In August of 2023, Daley Auto Tags moved to a new location next to the Neshaminy/Bensalem DMV at 4201 Neshaminy Blvd #133B Bensalem PA 19020. With our main office located in the heart of Bensalem, Daley Auto Tags & Insurance takes pride in being a neighborhood full-service agency.

Dissatisfying Experience with Capital Auction and Title Transfer
Unfair Business Practices
Reviewers have expressed frustration and disappointment with their experiences at Capital Auction. One reviewer felt pressured to use a specific title transfer service, Daleys Auto tags, which seemed unfair and possibly illegal. They were also asked to pay an additional $30 to expedite the title transfer process, which they felt was excessive.
Poor Communication and Unfulfilled Promises
The same reviewer has yet to receive their title, despite being told it would arrive within 4-6 weeks. Multiple calls to follow up on the status have been made, but the issue remains unresolved.
Exorbitant Service Charges
Another reviewer corroborated the experience, stating that Capital Auto Auction withholds titles and forces customers to use their title transfer service, which comes with high service charges.
